Craving for Potatoes? Why not try Sweet Potato instead? It is packed with powerful nutritional punch. For instance, sweet potatoes have more Fiber, Vitamin A, and Vitamin C. It is also lower in calories and rich in antioxidants!
But hold on… What can we do with Sweet Potato? ROAST IT OF COURSE!
Ingredients:
1 Golden Sweet Potato (peeled and diced)
1/4 Onion ( I used Red Onion)
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tsp Smoked Paprika
2 Tsp Garlic Powder
Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 200 C (392 F)
- Spread Sweet Potatoes and Onions to baking tray lined with baking paper
- Pour out Olive Oil
- Dust with dry ingredients together with salt and pepper
- MIX WITH YOUR CLEAN HANDS (It tastes better that way)
- Put inside oven and wait patiently for 25 Mins
- Ding Dong! Let it cool and ENJOY!
That’s it! Easy Peasy as aforementioned! Add some greens and meats or mushroom and you’ll have a delicious lunch or dinner. Voila!
